Thank you for choosing Pattasaaf. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel your subscription or request a refund.

Trial Period

• Pattasaaf offers a 15-day free trial to all new users.
• During this trial period, you can explore and experience the platform before subscribing to a paid plan.
• No charges are applied during the trial period unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends.

Subscription Plans

Pattasaaf offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription
• 3-Month Subscription
• 6-Month Subscription
• Yearly Subscription

All subscription fees are paid directly through the Pattasaaf platform.
An additional 18% GST (Services Tax) is applicable on all subscription fees as per Government of India regulations.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings on the Pattasaaf platform.
• Cancellation will stop auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.
• The current active plan will remain valid until its expiry date, after which access will be deactivated.

Refunds

• Subscription fees (including GST) are non-refundable once payment has been made.
• No refunds or credit notes will be issued for partial usage, remaining duration, or unused services.
• Exceptions, if any, will be made solely at the discretion of Pattasaaf management in special cases (such as duplicate payments or verified technical issues).

Processing Time

• In the rare case where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days and credited to the original payment method.
