Pattasaaf is a Point of Sale (POS) software that allows restaurants, hotels, and kitchens to manage all online food orders and partner platforms (such as Swiggy, Zomato, Tiffit, Magicpin, etc.) in one place.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Pattasaaf or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Use of Platform

• You agree to use Pattasaaf only for lawful business purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Pattasaaf must not be used for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
• You are responsible for all content, menu details, pricing, and data entered into your account.

Third-Party Integrations

• Pattasaaf integrates with various third-party platforms (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Tiffit, Magicpin, etc.) for order management.
• We are not responsible for any errors, downtime, or issues arising from third-party systems.
• Merchants must comply with the respective terms and policies of each partner platform.

Data & Privacy

• Pattasaaf collects and processes business and operational data only to provide and improve services.

Service Availability

• While we strive for uninterrupted service, Pattasaaf may experience occasional downtime for updates, maintenance, or unforeseen issues.
• We are not liable for any business loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

Intellectual Property

• All rights, trademarks, logos, and software used in Pattasaaf are the property of Quadrinomial Pvt. Ltd.
• You are granted a limited license to use the platform for your business operations.
• Copying, modifying, or redistributing Pattasaaf software without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Pattasaaf is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption caused by the use or inability to use the service.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by you for the current active period.

Termination

• Pattasaaf reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You may also cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

• Pattasaaf may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
• Continued use of the platform after such updates will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Delhi.
