Digital Services
- Pattasaaf is primarily a software-based platform, and access to our POS system is provided digitally through online activation after successful payment.
- No physical delivery is required for the software service.
Hardware Delivery (If Applicable)
- In case you purchase any hardware or physical devices from Pattasaaf, delivery details will be shared at the time of purchase.
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service.
Shipping Charges
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly mentioned before checkout or invoicing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
Damage or Missing Items
- Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
- If you find any damaged or missing items, contact Pattasaaf Support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We may request photos or proof of damage to assist in the resolution process.
Returns
- Hardware can be returned only if it is unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a verified defect or error from our side.
